Students of ELC visited the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
June 3, students of Economics and Law College of IAPM went on a sightseeing tour to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU).
During the tour, students learned about the history of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, its objectives, powers, basic principles of activity, international connections and functions of the Secretariat of the SIC. Tourists visited the Court library, archive, meeting room, press center, got acquainted with the museum exhibit.
Also, they saw the exhibition of children's art "Dream Land - a country of childhood" which is dedicated to the International Children's Day. There are presented different works of young artists: paintings, art products made of natural material, other works of art. Children depicted in a touching and inspiring way nature, family, heroes of their favorite fairy tales and fantasies.
During the tour, students of the college learned that the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is sufficiently diverse. Organizational, fiscal, informational, analytical, scientific, etc.
According to the organizers of the trip, the main goal of the event was to inform the Ukrainian students on the tasks, powers and principles of activity of the SIC, raising the legal culture of young people, their awareness of the right to protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine.
