Female students of IAPM complete semester of study under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program
IAPM students Ekaterina Kozyun, Oleksandra Drich, Olga Kashuba and Anna Malchevska had successfully completed a semester at the Academy of Social Culture and Media in Torun (Poland) under the academic mobility program within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ Project.
Upon returning to their native Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, the students shared their impressions of the semester spent at this Polish university:
"At the beginning of 2024, we had the opportunity to become students for the summer semester at the Polish Academy as part of the Erasmus+ project. During this time, we got to know the culture of the country better, attended a number of events that helped us better understand students from all over the world and broaden our worldview. For example, on May 16, the teachers organized a Language Culture Day for us, where we participated in preparing a quiz about the culture of the countries whose representatives study with us on the program, and also prepared dishes of our traditional Ukrainian cuisine, which were enjoyed by all the guests of the event.
We are extremely impressed with studying here. The Erasmus+ program provides students the opportunity to devote more time and attention to learning about the world through travel, communicating a lot with native speakers from different countries, thus deepening their skills in English or other languages. Moreover, tasks for students` homework are selected with creativity, especially for journalists. A recent task was to shoot their own film and advertisement of any product. Such a modern approach arouses a great interest and gives the opportunity to reveal our potential. It will be useful in the student's career.
We are sincerely grateful to the management of the IAPM for the opportunity to spend a semester of study at a foreign university!
We are proud of our Academy, which has such authority and wide recognition among leading European universities!"
