In Poltava students managed problems of modern management
Recently, in the Poltava center of distance learning at IAPM, a round table on the theme: "Development of forms and methods of modern management in the context of globalization" was held.
The teacher management Julia Grib opened the session. She noted that the genesis of forms and methods of modern management is a part of the concept of quality, competitiveness, social orientation of business.
Associate Professor Anatoly Rudik said that one of the factors of the output of the Ukrainian economy from the crisis is creation of a modern, efficient management system at each enterprise. Therefore, study of the problem in various areas of management, particularly in medicine, is a really important issue.
An important theme was raised and a student of the 5th course of specialty "Management" Maria Ponomarenko revealed the problem of the use of effective systems of motivation and remuneration of personnel as a major resource company.
During the lively discussion participants of the event talked about problems and expressed their suggestions and opinions on the effective management of domestic enterprises.
According to the participants of the meeting, innovations in management should be seen as the main engine of economic development and competitiveness, as well as a source of profitability growth.
Summing up the results of the round table meeting, the director of the Center Chmyr Olesya Bogdanovna thanked students for the fruitful cooperation.
Roundtable participants offered to intensify cooperation of universities and businesses with the aim of organizing free training and part-time employment for graduate students. Also, proposals of initiation of the appropriate changes in the law on higher education were made.
