STATEMENT
of the Presidium of the International Personnel Academy

20 Березня 2006 15:03
          In light of death of a former President of Yugoslavia Mr. Miloshevich that occurred as a result of a tardy medical treatment given to him the Presidium of the International Personnel Academy (IPA) expresses its harsh protest against a practice of retention to place under guard famous political figures and condemn the actions of the Chief UN War Crimes Prosecutor Mrs. Carla Del Ponte.
          The Presidium states that the Hague Tribunal made a mistake during investigation of crimes against Yugoslav people committed in 1999. Real criminals whose actions resulted in sustain losses of civilians, destruction of houses and industrial buildings should be punished.
          NATO aggression against sovereign Federal Republic of Yugoslavia lasted for 78 days and caused a development of tragically known events in Kosovo and Metokhiya, terror and ethnic purges. These actions took place before KFOR’s troops eyes and were evidence that NATO’s military actions were directed on achievement of the geopolitical and military aims of the United States and other NATO members but not to human rights protection.
          Aggression in Yugoslavia demonstrated a duality of standards of the US and the NATO members’ policy. They did not stop even in the face of using weapons with depleted uranium that influences both civil population of Yugoslavia and US military.
          This war showed reluctance of the aggressor to fulfill the rules of international humanitarian law. The world still remembers the words of former Chief of Stuff of NATO Forces Mr. Clark about his plans to destroy civil infrastructure, electrical power station and other to full destabilization of country’s economy.
The US leadership and NATO member countries permanently falsify facts that were showed by them as a reason of tragedy. The mass media helpfully spread this lies.
          The Presidium of the International Personnel Academy demands from the International Tribunal in the Hague to start a trial concerning a violation during the US and NATO aggression in Yugoslavia all norms of international law, UN Charter on violation ban.
          The Presidium of the International al Personnel Academy also demands to institute criminal proceedings against the following former higher officials:
-         Secretary of State Mrs. M Olbright;
-         NATO’s Secretary General Mr. H. Solana;
-         NATO’s Commander-in-Chief General Clark.
