Student Parliament of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management

Vladyslav Kryvoviaz
President of the Student Parliament

I am 19 years old and originally from Bila Tserkva – a city known for its sincere people and bold ideas.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Communications, and Regional Studies. I actively participate in academic life as a group leader, a high-achieving student, and an initiator of projects and positive change.

For me, student self-government is not about status – it is about action. I believe that the academy should be not only a place of knowledge but also a space for development, support, and new opportunities. This is exactly what I strive to create for our student community.

Everything will be IAPM!

Kirill Zikiy

Mykhailo Sutkovyi
Head of the Social Department

I am from Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region, where I spent 17 years of my life before moving to the capital to pursue my education.

I consider myself a creative person and am interested in various forms of art — I even write poetry myself. At the same time, I am interested in philosophy and history and believe that a person should strive to be well-rounded.

I decided to join the student council, particularly the Social Department, because I am not afraid to take responsibility and can easily communicate with people from very different backgrounds.

I want my fellow students to enjoy their studies as much as I do. I am an undergraduate student in Journalism and Political Science at IAPM.

And always remember: never judge a book by its cover. I live by this principle and encourage you to do the same.

Iryna Amirova
Head of the External Relations Department
Chair of the Student Self-Government Council of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences

I am 18 years old and a second-year Bachelor’s student majoring in International Relations.

I am not someone life has treated gently. I grew up between challenges and victories, and every scar has made me stronger and more direct. I was underestimated — now people can watch me rise.

I do not play roles or hide behind masks. I make mistakes, I fall, I stand up, and I keep moving forward. I cut away what is unnecessary and keep close only those who truly deserve it. I have learned to live without relying on others’ opinions and to build my own name.

I am not perfect. I am real. And my story is only beginning — and it will be mine, tough and honest.
