Security Institute
The Security Institute provides educational services in the following specialties:
The Institute of Security of the MAUP , as a separate structural unit, is still taking its first steps. The Institute began its work in 2023, although separate areas of its activity were implemented for several years on the basis of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law named after Prince Volodymyr the Great and the Institute of Computer and Information Technologies and Design.
The Security Institute is headed by Serhii Oleksiyovich Lysenko - Doctor of Law, Professor, Honorary Member of the International London Academy of Sciences and Higher Education, Full Member of the International Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) in Dallas (USA), a recognized expert in the field of national security, information security and of information law, author of more than a hundred scientific publications and dozens of books on specific research topics. Awarded by the President of Ukraine with the Order "For Courage" of the III degree, the Certificate of Honor of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Combating Corruption and Organized Crime, more than 30 departmental and international awards. Awarded the "Gryhoriy Skovoroda" medal of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine for his personal contribution to the development of science and technology.
National security has been a popular field of study for many years, but it is expected to gain even more recognition and importance in the future. After all, security specialists are in high demand in today's unstable world.
The acute need for high-quality training of security specialists necessitated the formation of a comprehensive center capable of implementing an educational process that would include both a theoretical block of knowledge and practical competencies that meet today's requirements.
The Security Institute has three departments and five laboratories, which allows for the provision of educational services in the fields of knowledge:
- 25 Military sciences, national security, security of the state border - Specialty: 256 National security (by separate areas of support and types of activities);
- 12 Information technologies - Specialty: 125 Cyber security;
- 07 Management and Administration - Specialty: 071 Accounting and Taxation, Specialization: "Economic Security and Financial Investigations."
In addition, scientific research is conducted on the basis of the Security Institute, and courses for polygraph examiners and mediators are offered.
Faculty of full-time and part-time forms of education of the Security Institute
The faculty of full-time and part-time forms of education of the Security Institute is an educational and educational structural unit of the institute that trains specialists in accordance with licenses, state and international accreditations of the Private Joint-Stock Company "Higher Educational Institution "Interregional Academy of Personnel Management"" in order to ensure the provision of educational services at the level state standards of educational, methodical, research and educational work in fundamental and vocationally oriented disciplines.
The faculty of full-time and part-time forms of education is headed by Tetyana Borysivna Arifhodzhaeva - deputy director-dean of the Security Institute, an experienced leader in the field of higher education, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor, public figure.
Scientific interests: national security, national interests, civil protection of the population, administrative law, labor law and social protection law. He is the author of more than 50 scientific and journalistic publications.
He has been working at the Academy in various positions since 2013.
The practical activity of the faculty is implemented by the leading specialist Tetyana Volodymyrivna Solokha .
The activities of the faculty of full-time and part-time forms of education of the Institute are carried out according to the principles of humanism, democracy, mutual respect between nations and peoples, wide use of international experience in the field of science, culture and education, comprehensive development of the individual through the organization of effective training of citizens regardless of gender, race, religious beliefs, belonging to political parties, place of residence and other circumstances.
The main tasks of the full-time and part-time faculty of the Institute are:
- Planning, organization and improvement of the educational process of the Faculty of full-time and part-time forms of study of the Institute. Accounting and control over the implementation of educational, educational and methodological workload by the scientific and pedagogical staff.
- Keeping documentation and preparing reporting data of the faculty of full-time and part-time forms of education of the Institute on educational and educational work.
- Preparation, conducting and processing of the results of entrance testing of students, staffing of academic groups.
- Training of higher education seekers by higher education degrees: bachelor, specialist, master, in accordance with the licenses issued to the Academy by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
- Control over timely payment for education.
- Providing organizational management of the educational process, as well as monitoring the implementation of financial plans, curricula and programs.
- Generalization of effective domestic and foreign teaching methods and their implementation in the educational process.
- Organization of certification of higher education applicants.
- Organization of practical training of students together with the departments of the Institute (issuance of tickets for current exams and assessments, submission of a report on the scientific and pedagogical workload of teachers; methodological and organizational support of educational, industrial, pre-diploma practices, control over their completion and student reporting, etc.).
